Just a quick update on where we stand with the Wish Calendar .
I have about 1/3 of the sessions shot for the Wish Calendar and about 1/2 of those edited. I am going to catch up this week and part of next. So if you had your session but still haven't received your password to view your slide show they should be up by next Wednesday. (I hope!)
If you have not had your photos done yet for the session, or you are interested in donating to a good cause while getting some great photos of your kids done. I am going to be doing marathon sessions in the upcoming weeks. Your tax deductible donation ($50 per child $25 for siblings) directly to Hope Alive is due the day of your session. The purpose of the session is to obtain images to be voted on by the community to appear in the Wish Calendar your donation will cover the full session fee, it does not include any prints. While you are not expected to purchase any other merchandise you are welcome to do so.
Sessions times available are 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00 pm, 2:00 pm, 3:00pm 4:00pm, 5:00pm Sessions slots are first come first serve.Please let me know ASAP what day and time will work for you and your family. I will try to get everyone who has yet to have their session shot in during these times. If none of these dates work for you I may have a weekend date available depending on my workload for September.

If you have already received a date and time for your session please check in with me, if you do not receive an email in addition to this one. I just want to make sure I have everyone down so I don't miss anyone.

Please forward this information to everyone you know! I have been promised $1700, so far, in hand I have $850! We need a total of $2500 to print the calendars so there still a lot of work to be done! If you can help in anyway, making calls, sending emails, talking to your employers or businesses you frequent, please let me know. I will do everything I can to make it easier for you. We have quite a long way to go before we hit the amount needed to print this years calendars but it's very exciting to see everything falling into place!
If you are interested in being a sponsor here's what you need to know. :)
Friend and family sponsors who make a tax deductible minimum donation of $50 to $150 ~ your name or website will appear on the 'Thank you' pages, as well as on the Community Wish Project website.
Monthly sponsors space is a tax deductible donation of $175, or you may choose to sponsor the entire month (2 spaces) for a tax deductible donation of $350 per month. The advertising space is 1.5x3 inch each. You may select the month you sponsor, first come, first serve. Sponsor messages will be designed to compliment the simplistic, upscale nature of the calendar you are welcome to submit your own ad or I can design it for you. As a monthly sponsor, your business/name will be listed on the back cover, on the 'Thank you' page inside of the calendar, as well as on the Community Wish Project website. This is along with your sponsor message will be seen by the families and businesses in your neighborhood!
